Q: |
How is this a win win scenario for everyone involved? |
|
|
| |
| A: |
When done correctly, it really is a win for everyone. Just
think about it in its simplest form... We all know someone out there that is
renting an apartment or a home and would love to be in a home that
they can call his or her own. We all know non profits that are looking
for new ways to raise money so that they can continue to do the
philanthropic work their mission calls them to do. And finally, we also know that there are millions of people out there that want or need to
sell a home but can't in today's marketplace.
In its simplest form,
everyone mentioned gets what they want. A great byproduct
of this situation is, it causes a lot of money to change hands in a
productive way. This is exactly what needs to happen to grow an
economy. Everybody Wins!!
