As a homeowner member, you would first upload information and details of your home. Non profit agencies are able to search through the listings and contact you. Once you are contacted by a non profit, the lines of communication are open on both ends.

 

There are millions of homeowners who are very eager to sell their homes as fast as possible.  As most non profits see the benefit in home raffles, there is much more homework that has to be done by the non profit as opposed to the homeowner.  We believe that our current system, which allows for the non profit to complete their due diligence before they begin discussions with interested homeowners, is the most efficient way for communication to start.
