Because of the current economy, many homeowners across the country are having a terrible time in selling their homes. At the same time, many Non Profit Organizations (NPO's) are constantly looking for new sources of funds. 

On the NPO side, it takes proper due diligence and planning in order to run and carry out a raffle of real estate. When a NPO is confident that they can hold a home raffle, they will sign up to view the list of home profiles in our database. They will then contact only those homes that they are interested in holding a raffle with.  With this being said, we cannot provide a time period on how long it takes for a homeowner to be contacted by a NPO.
